What kind of events can I Have there??
The sky is the limit! We don't really have any rules on what you can and cannot do. Just remember, you will be responsible for any damages done to the property inside or outside. The property must be cleaned and be the same as it looked before you rented it.
Can I and my guests smoke in the building?
Absolutely Not! You may smoke outdoors all you want. You are responsible for all cigarette butts found outside. This could cause you to not get your cleaning deposit back!
What are the rates of your services?
What are the dimensions of the rooms in the building?
Can Alcohol be consumed on the property?
Yes. Just make sure you are following all the laws that are in place. We do NOT have a liquor license so sales are prohibitted. Remember, you are responsible for all damages and clean up if things get out of hand!
What are your terms and conditions?
Is there Plenty of WiFi??
Yes!!! We can give you the password when you complete your Rental Aggreement!
Do you have plenty of Outlets to plug stuff in?
There are plenty of plugs in the social room, kitchen, hallway and stage areas. Unfortunately, there isn't any in the Event Space. MAKE SURE YOU BRING EXTENSION CORDS!. We are working on this issue!.
How do I reserve the Building?
First, you have to fill out the rental aggreement and put down a deposit. You can download the aggreement here, fill it out and put the completed aggreement and deposit in the drop box on the back of the building. We will contact you to firm up the date when we recieve it! (FYI, you can also email us the aggreement)
aRE THERE tABLES AND cHAIRS i CAN USE?
Yes!!!! There are plenty of round tables and rectangular tables and folding metal chairs you are free to use. They can be used outside as well as long as they are NOT used on the grass areas. All tables and chairs must be returned to the storage area where you found them! Chairs and tables not put away will cause you to lose your cleaning deposit!
